When you engage a Lemur: connect first. Always.

ASSESS what they've been excited about lately — that's the door. APPROACH with energy, not with structure. LISTEN for what's underneath the enthusiasm; Lemurs hide overwhelm. ENGAGE socially before you engage the work.

AFFIRM in the room, in front of the people who benefited — not in a private memo. TRACK by helping them choose one thing and naming what done looks like.

Skip the warm-up at your peril — they hear cold efficiency as rejection.
