"Scenario 1 — The Planning Meeting. Alex opens the quarterly planning session by putting a completed plan on the table: "I've done the analysis. Here's what we should do. I'd like to make a decision today." Priya jumps in: "Before we get into the plan, I want to check in — how is everyone feeling about this quarter? I've noticed some tension and I think we should acknowledge it." Marcus hasn't said anything yet — he's reading the plan, making marks in the margin. Devon nods along but, when asked directly, says: "I want to make sure I understand the full picture before I weigh in." Best Zookeeper opening move?"
