[OPEN ON DARCY — big energy, genuine smile, feels like she's been waiting to tell you this]

Okay, before we do anything else — I need you to do something for me.

Think of one person.

Someone you work with right now who is just... a little bit hard to reach. Maybe they shut down when you push them. Maybe they drain the energy out of every meeting. Maybe you've had the same conversation with them four times and nothing changes.

You've got someone in mind, right?

[PAUSE — conspiratorial smile]

Hold onto them. We're coming back to that.

[BEAT — shifts slightly, warmer]

Hi — I'm Darcy, and I am so genuinely excited that you're here.

I've been doing this work — coaching leaders, building teams, trying to figure out why humans do what they do — for a long time now. And the thing that never gets old is this moment right here. Before everything clicks. Because it's about to click.

[B-ROLL: Darcy in a real session — laughing with a group, gesturing at a whiteboard, in her element]

[BACK TO DARCY]

A few years ago I was working with a leadership team that was brilliant. Like, individually, top performers. And together? Complete chaos.

One leader would come into every meeting ready to make a decision — like, let's go, we're wasting time. And another leader would come in with seventeen questions and a spreadsheet. And neither of them could understand why the other one was, frankly, the most exhausting person alive. Some people took action and worked around others to get what they wanted, others would go quiet, retreat and stall out. Everyone is frustrated with someone.

[Laughs] Sound familiar?

Here's the thing — they weren't difficult. They weren't broken. They were just two completely different animals. And no one had ever given them a map to understand each other.

That's the Zoo.

[PAUSE — lands it simply]

The Zoo framework is a way of understanding how people are wired — what they need, how they communicate, what sends them into their worst selves — so that you can stop guessing and start actually reaching people.

And this certification is how you learn to use it for real. Not just understand it — use it.

[Bright shift — inviting]

Remember that person you thought of?

By the time you finish this program, you are going to understand them in a way you don't right now. And that is going to change something — in how you lead them, how you coach them, or how you show up alongside them.

That's what we're here for.

Let's go.
