How This Course Works

The structure, pacing, and learning format of the Zookeeper Certification Program.

You've got someone in mind.

Good. Hold onto that — because everything you're about to learn is going to change how you see them.

That's not a small thing. That's the whole point.

This program isn't about learning a model. It's about changing how you see people — and how you lead them. By the time you finish, you'll be able to read a Zoo report out loud in real time and make it make sense. You'll coach individuals and teams through an archetype lens. And if you're on the facilitator path, you'll deliver this content with the confidence and consistency the Nivalmi standard requires.

Not someday. Actually.

How this course is built

Three modules. Each one builds on the last.

Module 1 — Why, What & Who. The foundation. The Zoo metaphor, the four archetypes, and how to read Zoo reports like a pro.

Module 2 — Zoo Coaching. Where it gets practical. You'll learn how to use the framework to coach individuals, leaders, and whole teams.

Module 3 — Zoo Facilitation. Where you step into the room. This is where you learn to deliver Zoo content at the Nivalmi standard.

Each module combines reading, video, games, and quizzes. Move through them in sequence — each section runs about 60–90 minutes, but there's no timer. Move at the pace where it actually sticks.

What "certified" means

Certification here isn't a checkbox. It's trust.

And by the time you earn it, you'll have built something real:

The ability to look at a Zoo report and tell the story it's telling — clearly, accurately, and in a way the person across from you can actually receive.

The ability to coach someone through an archetype lens — not just describe their wiring, but use it to unlock something that wasn't moving before.

The ability to walk into a room, facilitate the framework, and hold the dynamics of the people in front of you with the kind of confidence that only comes from genuine fluency.

That's what this certification represents. Not that you learned it — that you can use it.

The two moments that matter most

The content will build your foundation. The games will sharpen your instincts. But there are two live sessions — one after Module 1, one after Module 3 — that are in a different category entirely.

This is where certification is actually earned:

Live Assessment 1 — Report Reading. You'll sit with a Zoo Insights Report and a Team Dynamics Report and walk through both out loud, in real time, with a Nivalmi facilitator.

Live Assessment 2 — Presentation Skills. You'll deliver a segment of Zoo content as if you're in a real client session.

These aren't tests to stress about. They're the high-touch part of the program — the moment where everything you've learned gets to show up in the room. You'll schedule each one after completing the corresponding module.

One mindset that will change everything

Read as if you will teach it.

The best people who come through this program don't just absorb the material — they're constantly asking: How would I explain this to someone else?

That's what makes it usable. Not later. Now.

Because at some point, you won't be reading this anymore.

You'll be the one in the room — and the room will be looking to you to make sense of it.

That person you thought of at the start? You're already on your way.

Let's go.

Read as if you will teach it.
