The best facilitation moments don't happen when a facilitator delivers information.
They happen when a facilitator knows the content so deeply they can let go of it — and actually pay attention to the room in front of them.

Here's what I've seen go wrong when facilitators are under-prepared:
They cling to the slides. They miss the person in row three who has stopped taking notes. They answer the question they wanted instead of the one they were asked.
Preparation isn't memorization. Preparation is the freedom to be in the room.
